ABOUT ME
I am a qualified and experienced Therapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP). I fully adhere to the BACP ethical guidelines and therefore create a safe and confidential space for you to explore your concerns. I work in an integrative way, tailoring the therapeutic process to met your needs. I have a strong foundation in the Person-Centred Approach but will use CBT strategy approaches if this suits your specific needs. I also employ creative therapy in my work if suited.

I have worked within organizations and within private practice supporting the mental and emotional health of clients - adults and young people.
